I stayed here for a night in the tipi camping area and it was an amazing experience and beautiful place, From the moment we drove up it had the feel of home away from home. We entered the house/campsite rental house and was immediately greeted by a wonderfully nice woman who gave us a history of the site and a free bundle of food and container for water and some info about where to find the bathrooms, showers, water containers filler, tennis area, paths and washer and dryers. They also had a huge friendly dog which made you feel safe, there was also a cat but he paid no attention to us lol. Once we got to our spot I could instantly tell this place would be amazing. They had a firepit with chairs and behind it was picnic table with a barbecue that had a stove top attachment that made boiling water super easy and all of this was covered by a wooden canopy. The tipi was the best part. It fit 3 people comfortably with room for an additional 2. I highly recommend this place an absolute gem.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay 2 weeks ago!We rented an RV site and a teepee site for our large group.Their hospitality was amazing!This campground is Rick and Pat's life work and it shows:)We will be returning next summer for our annual family camping weekend:)Thanks
