We have been with Smith insurance for what feels like forever. I was recently in a collision and was feeling utterly defeated. Michele to the rescue! Finish the article. It sounds bad but keep going. I have only have ever had one problem here. I was given an auto quote after i gave them the exact same information i just grabbed from the place i was switching from. I even told them the exact amount of tickets i had just incase the other place hadnt updated info yet. They crushed the other places quote then i got suprise increase a couple months later. Saying I had forgotten about 1 ticket. When i went to complain he said i didnt tell him about it. I checked my notes on my phone incase i forgot. I hadnt. Same number was on the phone that he said. Either way they still beat the other quote so i stayed even though i felt manipulated. Next year i dropped a ton because of tickets going off and turning 25. What i enjoy about this place is there service. They ALWAYS made time for me. They RETURN your calls. They dont WAIT for a day or two. Its ALWAYS asap. Not that attitude of "when i can get to it". Love Smith insurance and the deal wawanesa has for me.Hoping to continue my business here.
