The worst customer service experience ever! Took 3 blouses in to get dry cleaned, one with silver tassels on the tie up strings. Nothing was mentioned to me that the tassels might be a problem for their equipment during the process, no one called me when they were doing the blouse that the tassels came off during the process. I picked up my blouses and paid $28.55 for the 3 of them. Nothing was mentioned to me during pickup that the tassels had come off the one blouse. A few days later I went to put the tunic on that had the tassels and was shocked to see that they were missing!! I stopped in to complain and was told the manager would call me in a couple of hours. She did call and was not very pleasant to deal with, stating that everyone makes mistakes, which I understand, however, why was I not told about any of this during drop-off, when it happened, and when I picked it up? I stopped by this morning to discuss this with the manager and she said she would pay me for the blouse, which I agreed, but when I said I wanted the blouse back, she claimed that she was not going to pay for something and then give it back to me. I couldn't believe it, I took my blouse back and walked out, no apology, no other offer to reimburse me. I will never go back there!
Not really happy at master cleaner I drop off the bed for my dog and I wasn't told that they are going to wash it , I was assuming they will dry cleaned it. the bed looks a pillow after it was washed .
Great friendly staff get what you need clean here from house hold to oil fields clothing clean here at a reasonable price.
