Fotty Stevenson Wilson lied to my family, misled my family, and withheld vital financial information from my family throughout the time they represented my wife and I. My wife spent many nights crying herself to sleep after the firms lawyer lied to our faces after our first day in court. He said he would be with us until the case was over -- a week later the firms secretary called us to say he'd quit. He said we had lots of money left in our retainer -- he lied, the firm had spent the $3000 we gave them and didn't bother telling us they had, in fact after the case was done, they had the balls to send us another bill for $1000 more.That was the first time we had received a bill or was informed they had somehow spent 3000 sending e-mails. He said there was no way we could lose or be sent to a higher court -- we lost the case, and he never even spoke up for us.Please stay away from this firm, all they wanted was a young families hard earned money, and to perpetuate the stereotype of a lawyer.
