Well taken care of very friendly environment
Excellent rental property
Management is very nice, and very helpful. Though this case may have been isolated, prior to our move in our townhouse was poorly painted and the floors to the around the cellar hatch crudely cut.
I have been a tenant at Birch Hills since 2014. We have gone thru a couple of different site managers and some I wasn't sad to see leave. Since November/December 2016 we noticed a change at Birch. The site was cleaner, buildings maintained, our concerns heard and within time dealt with. We found out that a whole new team was brought in. They are wonderful people. The maintenance team always has a smile on there face, Emily is a joy to see when you walk in the office. The cleaning staff say hello and hold the door open. I have seen Amanda the site manager walking tenant dogs and just going out of her way. She saw me one day loading all my groceries up and trying to get to the elevator. She put her stuff down and came and took the bags up for me. These peoples jobs can't be easy as they deal with such a large site. But they do it with a smile and respect. I would recommend Birch to someone looking for a home not just the rental. Keep up the great work!
