Every March we come here for our anniversary celebration because it reminds my husband of back home and Fort Sask is my hometown so it's a beautiful combination and every year we are treated so too knotch!! The food is always so delicious and we always end up with leftovers!! Such a homely feeling and fresh tasting. Makes me want to go there now!!
Not sure where all these 5 star reviewers ate, because certainly wasn't here. Had a Classic burger and fries to go, while my father had a 2 piece fish and chips with dressing and gravy. The fries tasted like they'd been cooked days ago, just reheated rubbery unpeeled potato slices. The burger patty itself was alright, but had more tomato slice than meat. The fish looked like it was Captain Highliner, and my father ended up giving 1 1/2 pieces to the dog. As for the gravy and dressing, it was a small tumbler of bread crumbs and another with a splash of gravy. The coleslaw was just pure garbage.Absolute waste of $40. Either skip the craving for back home style food, find somewhere else, or make your own. Even McDonald's would be a better option.
We have been there many many times and never a bad meal. Always fresh food, very friendly staff, good potions and fair prices. Love it.. Only thing I ask, even if it's not on the menu full-time, make it a weekend deal for fish and brewis. Love it and had a mad craving only to be told y'all don't make it.
The food is great!! Definitely downhomer food with lots to choose from. The place is nice and clean (well decorated). The staff is curious & friendly. We will definitely be going back.
We were here a few months back but these guys do fish right! Beautiful people, food and we'll be back for sure!! Delicious!!
