I have been taking apple taxi for the longest since moved to fort I know the owner personally he is the nicest person ever ,very polite , I cant see that person being rude to anyone, dont know about these people complaining about things go find something better to do go get a job ..
Apple was quick and very polite. Ill be calling him again over any other company in town. He didnt try to take more money because we had a few drinks, he just made friendly conversation and charged our dues. Highly recommend them
Do not use this taxi .. charges $30 for a local in the city trip . Owner is so rude . I asked him to pick me up from clreview LRT edmonton and they showed up after 30 mins after long wait amd when he came he never asked me sorry . No sense of politeness. Just trust the reviews guys.
The owner of apple taxi told me not to call us if you are using other cab companies and he is trying to use other companies name...such a bad experiense.......
DO NOT USE. We called for a ride home in the Fort, was told they would be 15-20 minutes, but no one showed up and when we tried to call to see how much longer they would be, the driver turned off their phone. In the end we had to call another taxi service. I will NEVER deal with this incompetent company again.
