Honestly the best experience and best staff I've ever met. Had to take one of my dogs there last minute tonight after finding a deep laceration in his neck area. They acted promptly and were very compassionate. They even stayed late to stitch him up. Not that it's a factor but their pricing was incredible as well totally recommend them to anyone that's looking. They definitely earned ours and our two pups business. Thanks again guys.
My whole experience with Southfort Veterinary clinic was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Bishay treated my dog, Emmie, with care and compassion through out the whole process. Their clinic was really clean and comfortable to wait in, and their front end staff were exceptionally kind. Prices are very fair (a lot cheaper than most) and Dr. Bishay did an absolutely wonderful job removing a tumour from our dog. Would highly recommend!
Very impressed. We took our dog in last month. They got us in on very short notice and stayed late to accommodate us as our dog was quite sick. We popped in a few times over the next several days as things progressed and other complications arose. Our fur baby's situation was taken seriously and he was provided with top-notch care. We also feel that we were not gouged financially which happened to us many years ago with a downtown vet in Edmonton. Very pleased with Southfort Veterinary.
Lovely ! The staff are kind and helpful. Dr.Matta was very friendly, approachable and with detailed explanations. Very reasonable prices with excellent client care and quick booking times. I will take both my inside animals to them again with no hesitation to refer. Thank you !
Open late on a weekend! I had an emergency with my cat having a serious puncture wound on his ear. I rushed him down from Sherwood Park, Dr. Bassem examined his ear immediately and gave me a couple of options for treatment. His recommended option was out of my budget due to me adopting a new fur baby less than a week ago. He worked with me to get it within my budget. As an added bonus he was very gentle and kind with my cat. I highly recommend this clinic, it was well worth the drive to receive amazing care for my fur baby.
