Lost my reservation, after check in lost my special request, one lady with I think the cleaning staff walked in to the room all of the sudden no knocking first or anything quickly exited and could be heard laughing, what kind of service is that?
Modern and comfortable . really enjoyed my stay the rooms are nice is very clean the internet was fantastic. Love the fact that there's an entrance to Montana's from inside the hotel. Courteous stuff and the rooms were always well maintained
Honestly, the best sleep I've ever had away from home. The pillows are thick & fluffy, the bed is very comfortable. The entire hotel is very clean. Front Desk was friendly and went out of their way to ensure my daughter and I were satisfied with our stay. Location is perfect and city skyline was very pretty from our room at night. The WiFi was great & television worked well.
