Fantastic hotel, quality for the price is unbeatable. Right next to everything so getting food/groceries is very simple. Beds are very comfortable too!
Stayed just one night for a wedding. Was a nice hotel. Clean and nothing to complain about. Would recommend it. The door on our bathroom was a bit hard to operate but we let them know and they offered to let us move rooms.
Check in and service was excellent. We were lucky enough to be staying on guest appreciation night, and got a free dinner! Our room was gorgeous, and amenities were thoughtful (mouthwash, shampoo, conditioner, multiple kinds of soap, bath crystals, hair covers and q-tips, as well as water glasses, wine glasses, a fridge, microwave, and six different K-Cups). We stayed in the spa room, and the bath and steam shower were incredible. With the cleanliness, great amenities and service, we'll definitely be staying here again! 5/5
This is a very nice hotel. The atmosphere is upscale and the rooms ate spacioys and top notch. The staff is professional and my stay here was very nice. Their free breakfast is definitely one of the best free breakfasts i have ever had. Fresh eggs and a srlection of meats. Cereals. Pastries. And yogurt
Enjoyed a fantastic stay! Popped in on a whim as we were looking for a pet friendly room for the night. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Beds were awesome!!! Fell asleep quickly and stayed asleep the whole night. Would have given 5 stars, but the breakfast was mediocre. Normally I wouldnt fret about the included breakfast, but the sausage was undercooked. So thats more of a food safety concern than a complaint. Aside from that, I would absolutely recommend the Kanata Inn to anyone and everyone!!
