Heartland was absolutely awesome to deal with. Isaac was very personable and easy to talk to. At no point during the process was i pressured into anything or treated differently for being a younger guy. Griff the Sales manager was also awesome to deal with, he helped my wife and i get the best deal possible. Even Dan in the fiance department was a delight, layed out all our warranty options and loan specs out in an easy to understand way.10/10 will definately be back to buy again.
Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful throughout our experience. We needed to change our vehicle pickup date after purchase and our salesman was able to accomedate our last minute changes. Had a few minor concerns after pickup, but talked to the floor manager and he too made sure to remedy the situation to our satisfaction very quickly. I would recommend Heartland to anyone buying a ford.
Great service and sales. Painless dealing for the new truck. I like things to go quickly. It did and at a good price.
Zero stars would be more accurate! They pushed the service plan when I bought my truck but it's been impossible trying to get services actually completed. They went so far as to cancelled my service appointment because they had a question - If they would read the notes I wrote when I booked the answer was already there. Instead they cancelled my appointment. Seems like they are only out to serve themselves. Not impressed.
