I went in to speak with Clark (co-owner) about buying a new Jeep, but no idea what I had wanted. Chad Hogan was my sales guy- best salesperson ever. Why you ask? He is exactly what you would want in a salesperson: patient, kind, respectful, super chill, very knowledgeable, great sense of humor, & he's ultimately a guy you just want to just go have a beer with. Amber was the finance person who took care of me, and she was amazing too- professional, kind, caring, and answered all of my many questions. Dan also helped with moving things along & making sure things were running smoothly. The only area I didn't deal with was the service side, but everyone one else including management was excellent. I would highly recommend this dealership.
We have found that we've been treated quite well at Straightline. Service costs are on post with other dealerships, and the service staff is great (Monica is terrific).We've now purchased two vehicles there and are happier with them than with any other dealerships we've dealt with.
My wife and I arrived at the dealership just minutes before closing on a Saturday and were greeted very warmly. Katie Trenaman stayed late to allow me to test drive a new Jeep Wrangler. She was very friendly and knowledgable about the product. Allowed us to take the test drive alone (I hate when the salesperson jumps in the back). I decided to buy the vehicle and the negotiation was very smooth. None of the usual games or claims the price was already as low as they could go. Offered me a good price on my trade in, found some rebates and perks to meet the purchase price I wanted to pay. It was a cash deal so very quick and easy to wrap up. Amber in finance went over the various extended warranty options but didn't pressure. Came back Monday to pick up the vehicle where Katie and Karen were both very helpful. Jason even gave me a crash course on putting on and removing the Jeep's top. All in all a very positive experience and I would recommend Katie and Straightline to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.
Amazing service, purchased a ram 1599 truck was perfect upon delivery, from sales to The sales Managers Dan and Trent to the finance ladies Karen and Amber everything was clear, nothing hidden, looking out for my best interest and got me exactly what I wanted as promised in the range I could afford. My sales guy introduced me to parts and service and the whole place made me feel like part of their family. This business provides amazing work within the community Ive lived in for 22 years and I am proud to support them and will continue they have earned my business.
