Started out as a great experience with this dealership. When my salesman found out that I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle of course he was willing to help with whatever I needed. Once I found the vehicle I wanted they had to acquire the vehicle from a different dealership. when I asked which dealership they were getting the vehicle from no one would tell me and the final sale ended up being significantly more than I was quoted earlier. I am not sure if they would not tell me where they were getting the vehicle because I could have received a better deal from that dealership but either way I was unimpressed with the lack of communication. I did end up purchasing that vehicle that day and was told I would be delivered my vehicle in 2-3 days. Well, 2-3 days later I was told my vehicle wouldn't be coming until next week, VERY disappointing. The following week I called my salesman to check on the status of the vehicle delivery and I was told he wasn't in that day. After being transferred to a few other people none of my phone calls were returned that day. I had to call 4 times that day before I was given any information and I have still not heard back from the original sales man even after receiving my vehicle. I understand that the sale was made but I am completely unimpressed with the lack of communication, especially with a customer that purchased a vehicle from a salesman in his first three days of work at this dealership. Very, very disappointed with the communication problems and lack of customer care after papers have been signed. Also, upon further review I have discovered that I qualify for the Student Bonus Program but was not told that this even existed, completely disappointed at the "forgotten" opportunity!
Just bought 2018 Colorado from this dealership. My experience was awesome from first contact all the way to the end. I was working with Mitch from sales and Daniel from finance department. No unnecessary paperwork, and BS to put me in something I don't want. They refinance my previous loan and get me into prime interest rate. Brianne finalize our papers, insurance and setup everything for vehicle pickup in no time. I will mention that I'm still on work permit as temporary foreign worker but they figure out everything. They done what other dealerships couldn't. In overall awesome performance South Fort Chevrolet. I strongly recommend this dealership and will definitely come back.
Amazing dealership!!!!! love the time the sales guys take to actually figure out what you need and not just try to sell you anything. Was very surprised to find out I get free oil changes all the time. If you are looking definitely swing in and see these guys
