Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Fianc took his diesel here and it took nearly three weeks to get it back. He was stringing us along for awhile, complaining about mud with no real answers. When we finally got the truck back, he wouldn't take any sort of card, only cash. He also damaged other parts of the truck that had no issues before we brought it to him. Also caught him going threw our personal items in the truck consoles, he said he was tidying it for us. And this was Jake himself working on it. If you want to waste your time and money and go a bit insane in the process, go here.
I took my car to this shop to be repaired. It was making strange noises and I wasn't sure what the problem was. Jake was able to get my car in the next day and called me a couple hours later to let me know what the problem was, how much it would cost and how long the repairs would take. He got my car back to me by the end of the week and I haven't had any problems with the car since.
