Had great service, while being out of town and on vacation and had some weird low speed grind and howl noise which other drive line places said was a transmission. They took the time and figured out the actual problem . And not just changing expensive components like a transmission that was suspected. Truck Had play in pinion bearings. Thanks for fitting me in on such a short notice and getting my vacation back on the road. Very easy to talk to and they let you know what they will do before doing anything, so no surprises on the bill.
