This shop is amazing. This is my 3rd experience with the Fort Saskatchewan location and I will drive from Edmonton just to deal with them. I take my truck as well as my wife's vehicle here. Darcey is the nicest guy you will ever deal with. The service is top notch and from a price point they can't be beat. I have all the time in the world for these guys.
My battery light came on while I was driving home from the lake on the Monday of the long weekend. I made it home but needed a quick repair as I was leaving on vacation the next day. After contacting the person at the Tirecraft in Fort Saskatchewan, he said to bring in the vehicle and they would have a look. After juggling their workload they were able to diagnose the problem and get the repair done by the end of the day. Super impressed with their customer service and ability to accommodate my rush repair. They were prompt, friendly, and up front with the options. When I went to pick up my vehicle they took the time to explain the diagnosis that they had performed and provided the paperwork to back it up. All in all an excellent experience.
I've dealt with a number of tire shops and this one is hands down the best. The staff are knowledgable and friendly, work is easy to book and done on time. They also don't try to gouge you for work that doesn't need to be done.
