Came here because i got a deal on the alignment from groupon. Drove 50mins to this place finding out the place is understaffed. Getting service took forever. I got a call when they put my relatively new truck was on the ramp and showed me what was apparently my left ball joint which was "lose". i didnt see any difference from the the left worn out one from the right one. And thus he halted the service saying he cant do the alignment cause of the minor minor movement in the ball joint. He quoted me $500 for the ball joint fix. I will never ever go to OK tire again. Very disappointed. Stay away. Not an honest business
