We have used CNH Appliances to repair our old washer and dryers in the past and the service they provided was quick and professional. Last week it was finally time for us to replace our set and we shopped around but again the service and price we received from CNH persuaded us to go with them. A family owned business that immediately comes to surface no matter what dealings that I have had with them. There is no info flow between the husband and wife and even less to the customer. Last year I had a refrigerator that was looked at by the wife who does the service calls and she told me it was just the seal around the door. She told me that the call was $50.00, drop into the store and pay. I did exactly that 2 days later and received a call the following week looking for their money. On top of that the fridge was not fixed. I called again this year and Wayne answered and laughed when I told him that I was experiencing the same issue. When I told him that I could take my business else where he stopped and said that they would fix it for $100.00, which I agreed and told him that I would call for an appointment as the refrigerator had to be defrosted. Called today no one knew what I was talking about and I later received a call from Wayne saying that he doesn't want to do business with me. I never even put up a fight because given their track record I think I'm further a head with another company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Always good service
Called these people out to fix my dishwasher. The lady who came seemed to be in a bad mood. Couldn't find the wiring diagram on the dishwasher. Took the bottom plate off and left it on my counter...said she couldn't fix it...left us a number for and Edmonton business..."says I'm gonna walk on this one, I'm outta here" and abruptly walked out ....never bothered to put the plate back on...left it on my counter.If you don't know how to fix dishwashers you should not be in the dishwasher fixing business. Horrible customer service.
An excellent appliance shop, always helpful and gets my parts order correct everytime. Will purchase all my appliances and parts there.
