I am so amazed. I have a really old plan that is awesome for me. I called in and was told I had to change my plan. Went in to Telus Cornerstone Mall and they worked their magic and I walked out of the store with a new phone and kept my plan. Very appreciative of the extra efforts by this store. The owner was crucial in getting this done for me. Thanks a lot!
Excellent service received at this Location in Cornerstone Mall. Best Telus store in the area. I just wanted a flip phone and they gave me exactly what I wanted without being hassled for something else. The whole activation process was quick and efficient! DO NOT SHOP HERE... terrible service. Rude... when I tried to return a brand new phone the manager scratched it so that they didnt have to return it. Also dont bother phoning telus to try and resolve anything, they wont help. They have their money. Its the costomers loss.
I am here are the Telus Store and have been given the best service ever. I had an old phone which would not turn on anymore and Dan was super. He was able to get me a phone for $0 and keep my same plan. Above and beyond service. Will not go anyplace else!
