This store doesn't even deserve half a star!!!!!!! I am absolutely disgusted at how my boyfriend and I were treated!!! They sold us AppleCare+ but then refused to replace a damaged phone!!!! The contract clearly states all the stipulations!!! And they still refused to help us!!!! This store needs to be shut down and Apple i would be ashamed to be associated with a store that claims to support your product and you policies and promises their customer everything only to clearly go back on the contract we signed.Horrible Place!!!! I went to Telus Cambridge Electronics Inc. (just down from this store) and they gladly welcomed us and helped us out, even helped us past store hours.Anyone wanting help i advise to go to Telus Cambridge Electronics do the street....youll get the help you need!!!I hope this store loses all business!!!

Came in this store looking for help with are cell phone bill and told us to call telus thxs for nothing. We went and got helped at the other telus shop by walmart in Fort Saskatchewan.
