I was VERY satisfied with all aspects of having a tune-up done on my laptop at my local Staples store recently! My only negative comment is the label that was placed on my laptop. It was hard to remove and I'm still trying to get all the glue off. I understand the reason for the label, but I'm sure there has to be another type of identification that is easy to remove and won't leave a residue.
On two separate occasions I have come to this location to utilize their copy/print services, both times leaving empty handed. Todays trip was straight forward printing - (5) one page documents printed on 8.5 x 11 cardstock. Two employees were trying to figure it out, and neither could get them to print. Disappointed, as I needed them for today and now have to make do without. Would have been better off ordering online and having them shipped to me.
Its always good to have an office supply store when you need something. I found what I needed and this Staples had a selection of the item I was looking for, so I was able to pick a better choice. I did not really find a lot of deals on the regular items, but they had that Rock Bottom Prices deal going on right now. There was a shelf of clearance items that did not really have anything good. The only annoying part was the man running his electric floor cleaning machine right into where I was standing still trying to decide the items to purchase. I guess getting a clean floor was more important than making a sale. This was around 6 PM on a Monday night.
Staff was very friendly and welcoming. If I needed something, they not only pointed out which aisle it was in but went to get it for me while I shopped. They took my items to the front desk so I didnt have to hold them as they were items securely stored, which was helpful. A nice store for a nice friendly town. I found everything I needed and more,
Typical Staples store. This is where I get my paper when it goes on sale. Picked up 5000 sheets for 34.99. The staff is consistently friendly and very helpful. Haven't had a bad shipping experience there. Also great selection of sharpies.
